The whole family loves this because we can each make our own pizza. We use the wheat pitas and cut out a layer so it's not so thick.

This salad is awesome! My kids will even eat it. They like it as a salsa with chips. For personal preference, I leave out the red pepper and then use red onion instead of scallions. I also use small grape tomatoes cut in half. Sometimes I add fresh jalapeno slices. Lime and cilantro are 2 of my favorite accents; this salad wonderful!

I have never made muffins before. My husband took one bite and said these are the best muffins he's ever had. I thought he was joking or just being nice. But he was serious! I took someone else's recommendation and added about 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 cup blueberries and 1 cup white chocolate chips.
