Delicious and easy. I added extra cinnamon to the butter (I never use margarin) and less sugar. Also happened to have cinnamon bagels so cut 2 of those for the bread and used bread that was already sitting out. Family thought it was delicious.

Dutch Leek Casserole

This is good however, I have made this when I lived in the Netherlands and its typically a very basic recipe....mashed potatoes w/ some nutmeg, sauteed leeks w/ garlic and onion, and some dutch cheese on top before some fine bread crumbs go on top of that.

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

Delicious! I used olive oil instead of canola and since I only had a bit of yogurt, used sour cream as well. You might need a bit of milk as it tends to be very thick batter. UPDATE: I made these again and this time used soy sour cream instead of yogurt, cut the sugar to 1/2 c brown sugar and used 3 ripe bananas. Next time I would probably add a bit of cinnamon and nutmeg. Yummm!

Mom's Island Treasures

Yummy! I used good quality dark chocolate chips, sliced almonds (had to pecans) and about 3/4 cup butter. I would have no problem making this again and again.

Old Italian Meat Sauce

Chicken Delicious

This is really good. I used 2 cans Campbell cream of mushroom soup, used dry herbs since I didn't have any fresh at hand and about 1/2 hour near the end, added 1/2 c cream and about the same of added parmesan cheese. Yummy!

Slow Cooker Chicken Parisienne

This recipe is bland! I ended up adding some cream cheese that I had leftover in the fridge, sauteed some sliced up onions and mushrooms in oj and throwing it in and that perked it up somewhat.

Chicken Enchiladas I

This was yummy! I added 1 small can of tomato sauce and it was just perfect and didn't use any water. As previously suggested I sauteed the onions and bell peppers and also used 1/2 tsp cumin as well as enchiladas sauce instead of taco sauce.

Mexican Layered Dip

This was good. The only thing I would do next time is mix the taco seasoning with the sour cream as I tasted the seasoning (dry with no moisture to soften it).

Broccoli Rice Casserole

Delicious and easy to make! I used aged cheddar (454 g) and it was very tasty. Also used real broccoli and leftover brown rice from last night. Would certainly make it again.

Kay's Spaghetti and Lasagna Sauce

Very good. I added Italian sausage as well and free-poured some red wine, added chopped carrots and asparagus. Also cut down on the sugar. Next time will try some mushrooms and in the slow cooker.
