Russian Creme Fruit Topping
This was so good and so easy. I served it over fresh ripe strawberries. Yummy. This is also a good topping for cheesecake.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast
Awsome is an understatement!! The gravy is very flavorful and the meat turns out soooo tender. This freezes well.

White Cheese Chicken Lasagna
This is a very hearty lasagna that freezes well. I use two 8x8 cake pans for this recipe. One 8x8 feeds four adults nicely. Serve with a salad and side veggie. A favorite for me and hubby.
