Chicken Pot Pie IX
As recommended in these reviews, I boiled the chicken and veggies first in chicken broth (not water) and then used that liquid for the flour mixture. I also added onion and diced potatoes to give it more body. I used refrigerated pie crusts and just rolled them out. Mine took 45 mins to get golden brown. It was very good, but it could have used more seasoning. I've never made chicken pot pie before, so I have nothing to compare this to. It was good enough that I'd make it again.
