Best cake ever. So moist. Great icing but I add 1 tsp. orange juice. This icing is not as sweet as other cream cheese icing. Delicious.

I served this for a dinner for 20. It was a huge hit. My family was very pleased I had leftovers. I modified it slightly by using chicken broth, using only 2 packages of cream cheese and substituted hot sauce for the cayenne. If I was a making a quantity for 6 I don't wouldn't put in any cream cheese. It would still be perfect.
