Excellent starter. I added additional two cans of chicken broth. Used about a cup of the liquid that I cooked the chicken in with a crumbled chicken bouillon. Shredded chicken and added a box of frozen peas to the soup. Instead of farfalle I used a cup of try ACINI DI PEPE a very tiny pasta to the last 15 minutes of simmering. THAT'S WHY I NEED THE EXTRA LIQUID.. Yummy!!

Baked Ziti I

Very tasty although what I did was instead of a total 1 1/2 cup of sour cream I added Ricotta cheese for half the mixture along with the sour cream...Nice and smooth..and also used ground turkey.

Apple Cake I

outstanding! Made it with changes suggested. Replaced 1/2 cup of oil with applesauce, replaced 1 cup of the two cups of sugar with brown and added 1 cup chopped walnuts. My cake was moist and full of flavor. Be sure to put in a dash of nutmeg and a bit extra cinnamon.

Carrot Cake III

Tasty, moist and so very easy to make!! Made with all the changes that everyone suggested and it's by far the best we have ever had. Stick with the 3 cups of powdered sugar..it makes for a perfect frosting!!

I grew up on these. Although we made ours with rye bread and thin sliced ham. Also adding a dash of paprika to the cream cheese butter mixture adds some color.

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

I have made this several times and given the recipe out to many people. I add a can of mushrooms drained and 3/4 cup of chicken broth towards the end. Easy and tasty!

Spiced Chicken Loaf

A nice change from ground beef or ground turkey. First time cooking with ground chicken and found this to be very tasty. My young niece and nephew loved it..especially with EXTRA sauce on the top of the loaf.

Broiled Grouper Parmesan

This was so very good. I baked my fish first at 400 degrees for about 12 minutes then put on topping and broiled for about two minutes. Turned out perfect. Thanks for sharing.

Cathy's Banana Bread

Not one of the better recipes for banana bread..I have tried many recipes on this site and will continue to use " The Banana Sour Cream Bread" by far the BEST one on this site. This tastes more like banana cake without much flavor. Even with added nutmeg and cinnamon.

Excellent. Moist no need to vary anything! I cooked it in my convection oven at 325 for 30 minutes and it was perfect..5 additional minutes with the sauce on top

Banana Sour Cream Bread

This was fantastic. I received rave reviews on this bread gave out 24 as gifts. Made more loaves than the recipe called for. I made mimi loaves and cooked for 55 minutes. Added additional banana and walnuts. A keeper for sure.
