The Best Chicken Soup Ever
Excellent starter. I added additional two cans of chicken broth. Used about a cup of the liquid that I cooked the chicken in with a crumbled chicken bouillon. Shredded chicken and added a box of frozen peas to the soup. Instead of farfalle I used a cup of try ACINI DI PEPE a very tiny pasta to the last 15 minutes of simmering. THAT'S WHY I NEED THE EXTRA LIQUID.. Yummy!!

Baked Ziti I
Very tasty although what I did was instead of a total 1 1/2 cup of sour cream I added Ricotta cheese for half the mixture along with the sour cream...Nice and smooth..and also used ground turkey.

Apple Cake I
outstanding! Made it with changes suggested. Replaced 1/2 cup of oil with applesauce, replaced 1 cup of the two cups of sugar with brown and added 1 cup chopped walnuts. My cake was moist and full of flavor. Be sure to put in a dash of nutmeg and a bit extra cinnamon.
