Chipotle Marinated Grilled Chicken
Wow!!!! This is one of the best grilled chicken recipes I have EVER had!!! The flavor from this marinade was rich, complex, sweet spicy and very delicious. I did not make any changes to this recipe and all of our guests for the 4th LOVED this! thanks for sharing this recipe!

Sour Cream Cucumber Salad
I made it with low-fat sour cream and added 1/8 C of Lite-Mayo and it was delicious! Next time I'll try it with the Ranch dressing!
