Cube Steak Parmesan
I had sirlion and wanted to make something. I thought this recipe sounded interesting. It was definatley different, I am a chick parm girl and I think my mind said I was chewing chicken, buit my mouth was just chewing and chewing. It came out medium well, We like medium rear, so it was just okay for us. I will probably stick to my chicken on the future, but again it was "different".

Rita's Sweet Holiday Baked Ham
I made this recipe for Easter. I did not have Marichino Cherries in the jar I had to use canned sweet dark cherries because I had send my husband out for them and that is what he came back with. Lesson Learned. I had some tough critics over for Easter, my in-laws and my parents. They raved about my ham... loved it. Thank you for such a great tasting ham recipe.

Parsley Red Potatoes
These potatoes were very good. I did not have fresh herbs... used dry. But was still a dish I will cook again.
