Chocolate Chex(R) Caramel Crunch
OK I have to say that I have not personally made this, but my mom has. It's amazing and completely addicting. She makes it for me all the time and takes it to group functions. She's said that it's not too difficult either. I'd make it myself, but come one, some things are just better with mom's special touch :) She's made it by drizzling white chocolate, milk chocolate, a combo. For halloween she didn't drizzle chocolate but she put in colored m&ms. It's really easy to change things up a little to make it look a little more festive. But no matter how she makes it, it's always amazing!

Pumpkin Puree
I followed rookiechef's tips. Instead of cutting the pumpkin in half, I cut it into smaller chunks (I think 6 chunks) and put it in a pan with a little water and covered it with foil. I ended up baking it for 1 1/2 hrs til it was soft. I scooped out the pumpkin while it was still warm. It seperated from the skin really easily. I'm going to use the puree tonight to make the Maine pumpkin bread. I hope it's good!

Easy Tilapia with Wine and Tomatoes
This was wonderful. I didn't make any changes to it. It was so easy to make. The flavor was great. We served sesame green beans with it. We will be making this again soon. Healthy, easy, and tasty!
