When I cook i like to guinea pig friends. So far so good. I try recipes that have ingredients I love. Seafood is my favorite. I love preparing appetizers also. Recipes w/ colorful veggies, fruit, exotic seasonings, and herbs. Everything has to have great taste and seasoning.
My favorite things to cook
Appetizers, and sweets. I would like to learn how to do vegan dishes. I've tasted some that are delicious. My favorite is a vegetarian Mac & Cheese. Don't know how they do it but it's great.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My mothers Holiday rolls. She makes enough so that each child gets some to take home with them. Yum

My famous Mojito Shrimp, Salmon mousse, Crab dip
My cooking tragedies
My first cooking tragedy which I will always remember...the infamous Oatmeal cookies. I put to much baking soda in the cookies. Tasted just like baking soda w/ a touch of sugar. My daughter, and brother always remind me of that.
