To Die For Blueberry Muffins
Delicious! I've made these muffins several times now, and double the recipe to make 12 large muffins. My son is not a fan of blueberries, so I pull some of the batter out and add chocolate chips. These turn out great as well. While the topping is good, I prefer to leave it off and just sprinkle the muffin tops with a little sugar. Thanks for the recipe!!

Apple Crisp II
I made this for a family dinner last night. Overall it was quite good and I will make it again with several changes. After reading other reviews, I cut the sugar in the apples to 3/4 c. but it was still too sweet...the entire family agreed on this. I will use 1/2 c. next time. I also omitted the water, which worked well, as the apples had plenty of juice. The topping was great, but wish there was a little more of it, so will make one and half times what the recipe calls for the next time around.

Seven Layer Taco Dip
This was a GREAT recipe! I made it for my sister's bridal shower and to say it was a hit is an understatement. I followed another user's suggestion and mixed one and a half packets of Fiesta Ranch Dip Mix (by Hiddden Valley) with the sour cream/cream cheese. I left the refried beans plain and chose not to add olives or green peppers. I also used medium Pace picante sauce to add a little "kick" in place of the salsa. I have another party coming up in a few weeks and will be making this again. Thanks!!
