Strawberry Bread
I make this bad boy EVERY Christmas. The only down side to this as a holiday treat is that it is expensive. Fresh (out of season) strawberries are pricey yet make the best choice. You can get by with frozen. I buy my strawberries in the summer and freeze 'em.
In any event, this dish rocks!
