Absolutely Ultimate Potato Soup
Excellent soup and the recipe is written very well...very easy to follow. The only thing I did differently was the bacon...I had left over bacon from breakfast, so I chopped it and added it when the recipe called for it ( I had saved the grease too). I really think the soup has great flavor and I like the consistency! This recipe is a keeper!!!
