Greek Chicken Pasta
This recipe has good flavor, but I will change a few things next time I make it. 1 lb. of pasta (we used linguini) is too much. The chicken and what sauce there was...was lost among so much pasta. And it needs more liquid. Our's was rather dry. Next time I will add chicken broth and/or white wine. Flavor was great...and preparation was quick.

Navy Bean Stew
Hubby raved about this dish! He was truly HAPPY having it leftover!! We all enjoyed this dish. The only changes I made were adding a stalk of celery chopped up, 1/2 cup of white wine and 1/2 pkg. of Uncle Wiley's Bean & Pea seasoning. (This is a Southern thing, I think.) THANKS for a great recipe!

Zippy Shepherd's Pie
We loved this! I did use half ground beef and half ground lamb.(It's not really "Shepherd's pie" unless you use lamb.) The 14 oz. beef broth was a little too much -- I ended up using two teaspoons (double) of cornstarch to thicken it up. I will increase the potatoes next time too. Hubby and kids LOVED IT!! Thanks!
