Egg-Free Dairy-Free Nut-Free Cake
A MAJOR FLOP! Don't waste your time or your ingredients (even though they're inexpensive ingredients). Save time and bake an apple pie or something like that, which can also be egg-free, dairy-free, and nut-free. This cake was rediculous. The preparation was easy, the batter didn't look bad but the cooking took forever and after over 40-45 minutes of just plain baking!!, I ASSUMED it was done (which it should have been) and it was all gooey and gummy on the inside and bottom. I followed the directions perfectly and it turned out horrible! A WASTE OF TIME! The only person who would like this cake is a person who is utterly starving or out of their senses. Sorry, but I must be honest...this cake just SUCKED! On a happier note, Happy Holidays!

Candied Sweet Potatoes
These candied sweet potatoes turned out pretty good! It wasn't the easiest recipe because it did not specify how "large" the sweet potatoes had to be, so I eye-balled it since I bought JUMBO sweet potatoes. RESERVE A GOOD AMOUNT OF TIME for this recipe....the sweet potatoes have to boil (or cook depending on which way you do this recipe), the butter, brown sugar, and O.J. have to mix thoroughly. And then the "Candied" process begins...which takes around 20-25 minutes of attention, sturring, and a careful eye. All in all, I like this recipe, I wouldn't give it 5 stars for preparation, probably 4. But 5 out of 5 stars for taste. My family enjoyed it! Happy Holidays!

Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing
I made this stuffing today for my family's early Xmas celebration and WOW was it a hit!! It was just delicious and mouthwatering; I couldn't believe I made it, with my lack of cooking knowledge, yet determination prooved I could! It's an excellent dish. I omitted the turkey liver (OVER KILL) there was already enough meat in the stuffing! And turkey stock was too hard to find so I used chicken stock, which worked fine! This was a relatively simple recipe and FUN! So colorful and gorgeous looking! And of course it tasted GREAT! My 9 relatives LOVED IT and I am savoring the left-overs! Please try this stuffing; you won't regret it! (My suggestions are that you omit the liver and replace the turkey stock with the chicken stock, if you can't find the turkey stock). I cooked this stuffing inside the turkey and it turned out fine! GREAT RECIPE!! It will be in my recipe book until the end of time! Happy Holidays!
