Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies
They stuck to the pan, so the next batch we used parchment paper. Also, the second batch sat a bit after mixing and I guess the sugar absorbed some of the egg liquid, because it was much easier to shape the cookies- less goopy.
They tasted great and made an easy treat when we were on vacation and didn't have all our usual pantry staples in the cabin.
