Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies
They stuck to the pan, so the next batch we used parchment paper. Also, the second batch sat a bit after mixing and I guess the sugar absorbed some of the egg liquid, because it was much easier to shape the cookies- less goopy. They tasted great and made an easy treat when we were on vacation and didn't have all our usual pantry staples in the cabin.

Asian Fire Meat
Really, really good. I sometimes add broccoli or whatever veg on hand and call it stir fry. The marinade/sauce is so flavorful.

High Temperature Eye-of-Round Roast
Wow! I don't like roast beef and my daughter doesn't like London broil, but all 7 family members scarfed it down. It tastes so much better than London broil and regular roast beef! There was not a morsel left. This will be a family staple.
