Slow Cooker Italian Beef for Sandwiches
This was a really great recipe for Italian Beef. It reminded me of good ol' Chicago food. I didn't add the green peppers (I forgot to get them from the store), but it still turned out fantastic. Next time I'm going to throw some Italian Sausage in to make a combo sandwich. --oh, and a loaf of sliced Italian bread. I'm already starting to drool.
