Warm Bacon Spinach Salad
Consistency was off, but taste was great! I agree with all the previous reviewers that the dressing was WAY too thick. I followed instructions to the letter, and it came out like a gravy. Definitely needs more liquid or less flour/egg. All that being said, the taste was out of this world. I will DEFINITELY be making this again. My family loved it. We added some chopped tomato, red onion, and hard boiled egg to the spinach for color. Thanks!

Sweet Potato, Carrot, Apple, and Red Lentil Soup
Amazing. My husband was dubious because he's more of a meat & potatoes guy, but he loved it! The spices make it much more savory than we expected. He compared it to a chili flavor. Will definitely be making this again and again!

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup
This is our favorite chicken tortilla soup! I just add the chicken breast at the beginning and cook on high for 3-4 hours. The chicken shreds so easily. I thought it might be a little spicy for my younger kids, but everyone devoured it. Thanks!
