I cook for the same reason alot of people cook....to eat it!!! Nah, actually I love to cook for my friends and family cause it's actually something that I'm good at. Of course my grandmother is the same way, so it's definitely genetic ; ) I'm a big dessert chic even though I dip into the main course catagory from now and then. I LOVE fruit, chocolate and anything sweet (it's my downfall). Every holiday is a big meal for me. Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter....and all the other holidays everybody is always cooking some appetizer type deal. I've finally mastered cheesecake!!!!! Something I've learned....never touch the yeast rolls until AFTER they're baked.
