Pumpkin Bread
YUMMY! I added chopped pecans, an extra 1/3 cup of pumpkin, reducing the water to 1/3 cup. Two days later it was even better than fresh. Definately a keeper!

Banana Sour Cream Bread
The best, most moist banana bread I have ever made (and I've made hundreds of loaves over the years!). I made 1/2 of a batch, dividing everything exactly as written (even the egg!) and baked it in two aluminum med-size loaf pans until toothpick came clean in the center. This is by far my favorite recipe. AWESOME!

Pumpkin Cake II
WOW! So easy and good. Did the 1/2 cup sugar and whole can of pumpkin as other reviewers suggested, baked it in a 9x13 pan 5 minutes longer and topped with homemade cream cheese icing. SO moist without being heavy. A bit more bland than I would like, so will try the spice cake mix next time. This recipe is a keeper!
