Outstanding. Made this for my 2yr old bday party. Needed something good and easy. Glad I chose this and also the best marinara sauce yet. I also added the other spices like the other people! GREAT!

Our family isn't big fans of stew, but we thought this was great. Actually i used the ideas from the others, as far as the lipton onion soup mix and water, however i thought it was a little too salty. next time i'll use minced onions and my own seasonings. i also added a nice scoop of minced garlic.

I needed to make a stick to the bones kind of soup and this was excellent and easy. I also added mushrooms, celery and fresh string beans. My family absolutely loved it and had to make a double batch the next time I made it. I also used 2% milk and half cheddar cheese and half american cheese to give it a more smooth texture. Great recipe. Bon apetit.!!!
