Slow Cooker Oatmeal

I'm not sure if I missed a step along the way, but this was just gelatinous goo by morning. No one would touch it. I love the idea of slow cooker oatmeal, but this wasn't the recipe for me.

Easy Chicken Tetrazzini

My family LOVED this recipe! I followed the directions exactly and they ate every last bit. Even my seven-year-old niece, who is a very picky eater, asked for seconds.

My family thought this was good when cooked following the recipe. The only thing I would change would be baking it in muffin tins so that there are more crispy edges, and adding a little bit of minced onion for flavor. Otherwise this is a really good, really easy recipe!

Praline Sweet Potatoes

This was a huge hit at Thanksgiving. Even folks who normally don't eat sweet potatoes were bragging on it. The only thing I did differently was I used six cups of mashed sweet potatoes and left all the other measurements the same for a four-cup recipe. Most excellent!

Moroccan Chicken

We had our first experience with Moroccan food at Epcot and loved it. This recipe was very similar to what we had there. Served over couscous, it makes for a delicious meal.

Barbecued Beef

Slow Cooker Barbecue Ribs

***Updated to say this is a regular rotation on our menu. It has been served at many family gatherings and is always popular. Follow the recipe exactly and you cannot go wrong.*** Excellent! Hubby said it was going to be on the regular menu from now on. I hate cooking, and this made it super easy, and super tasty!
