What is Greek Salad without fresh garlic? I added a large clove, minced to the pasta/dressing mixture when I realized something was missing; also fresh ground black pepper. Some Greek olives would have been a great addition!

Buffalo Chicken Dip

WOW - Grreat!! Took this to a work Christmas potluck. Everyone needed the recipe. I did add fresh chopped green onion on top before serving. Nice addition for taste and color.

Fabulous! This tasted like something that would be served at a fancy upscale restaurant, yet was simple to prepare. I would defineltly serve this for company!

A Fantastic Margarita

Absolutely Fantastic! I've had o share this one with eveyone that tastes it. Be sure to rub the rims with a cut lime and dip the glass in coarse salt. Also, I enjoy the taste of tequila so used a little more and also triple sec.
