Sweet Green Bean Bundles

Reviewed: Nov. 24, 2003
I made this recipe for Thanksgiving with the following changes.....I used frozen french beans (the really thin ones) and wrapped it with pre-cooked bacon. I wrapped them the night before and they turned out DELICIOUS! I added just a touch of Worchestershire sauce to give the sweet garlic sauce a kick.... I got raves from all....thanks for posting such a great recipe.

Baked Brunch Omelet

Reviewed: Nov. 15, 2003
This was a really great recipe....I omitted the onion, because of my children, and added extra ham and cheese. I also substituted a special milk and honey white bread, and sprinkled on a little garlic bread seasoning in lieu of the onions. I baked the casserole in the sitz bath for 30 minutes, and then removed the water bath for the final 30 after covering the top with foil...it came out perfect!!The milk and honey bread added a sweetness that worked well with the ham/egg/cheese mixture. My husband raved, and it was so nice to have a casserole they would all eat!! Thanks for the great recipe!!

Sausage Egg Casserole

I made this for a brunch and mistakingly added baking SODA instead of baking POWDER....I thought I would have to throw it away....but it came out WONDERFUL! Assembled this the morning before, baked it the evening before, cut it into tiny 1 1/2" squares and served it like little mini quiches....very tasty, even with my mistake!!LOL

EXCELLENT!! I made this recipe with the following substitutuions: I accidentally used the larger size envelopes of pudding. I added 1/2 cup of extra milk and 1/2 cup of Tuaca (Vanilla Liquor) I used up the entire box of graham crackers and heated the icing in the microwave....... It was incredible. I plan to serve it at this weekend's brunch!! YOUM!!

I have made this recipe 5 times now, and everyone LOVES it....I give it away in bags to the neighbors for Christmas....I agree with the garlic powder vs. salt, and sometimes I add just a touch of worchestershire sauce for added kick (use a little less oil!)

Broccoli Chicken Casserole I

I really enjoyed how fast this recipe was...I used left-over chicken thighs and microwaved fresh broccoli for 3 minutes in a ziploc bag....I even added rice on the bottom for a full meal
