Turkey-Stuffed Peppers
Great recipe! I doubled the recipe used 7 bell peppers added a can of black beans, 1 can of shoe peg corn and some poultry spice. The family really enjoyed it. We may add something to spice it up a little next time. :)

Baked Teriyaki Chicken
I made this for the 2nd time tonight. I used chicken breast because they were on sale this week. :) It was delicious. I cooked them 20 minutes on each side. We sliced it up and served it over rice and had broccoli on the side. Yummy!

Chinese Chicken Salad III
We loved the recipe. I would agree with a previous reviewer and would cut back the red chili in half (or just add to taste). We also put additional sesame oil and olive oil to reduce the thickness. I tripled the recipe and took it to a potluck last night and everyone loved it!
