Chinese Chicken Salad III
We loved the recipe. I would agree with a previous reviewer and would cut back the red chili in half (or just add to taste). We also put additional sesame oil and olive oil to reduce the thickness. I tripled the recipe and took it to a potluck last night and everyone loved it!

Blueberry Cream Muffins
Oh my goodness, these were great! Slight modifications per other reviewers, I added 3 cups of fresh blueberries along with 1 cup brown sugar and 1 cup white sugar. These were out of this world.

Swiss Sherry Chicken
My family really enjoyed this recipe. It was very simple to prepare. :) I doubled the sauce and I used bread crumbs mixed with butter instead of croutons.
