Asian Turkey Burgers
Hot grill is the key - wonderful & moist! Great with a touch of extra soy sauce on top after cooking. Only modification I made was to add about 1 t. of dark sesame oil. Added a nice depth to the already great ingredients.

Breakfast Casserole
Excellent! We used Soy Sausage instead of pork (health reasons)... other than that (and not adding salt) we made it to the recipe and it was simply AMAZING!

Best Stovetop BBQ Ribs
Very, very good! I used low sodium of what ever I had... IT WAS EXCELLENT! Kudos from hubby & 5 & 6 year old boys ate it! Wouldn't change a thing!
