This recipe is terrific! I used all the spices, including the suggested extras (except the white pepper - didn't have any on hand) and it's wonderful. I like mine over ice, although it's a little more watered-down if you don't wait until it cools first. Also, I like to make mine with 1/2 splenda, 1/2 sugar to cut the sugar content. Not as delicious as the boxed Tazo Chai you buy in the store, but nearly as good at a fraction of the cost. A real keeper!
