Wow, this was AWESOME! I used 5 cups of strawberries and just about doubled the dough. This fit perfectly in the 2 quart baking dish.

This is great! Comes out very crispy. Just be sure to put lots of spices in the soup mixture and the flour that the soup coated chicken is rolled through. I even put a bit of hot sauce in the soup mixture. If you are going for buffalo chicken I'd suggest making the hot sauce seperate and just use it for dipping. If the crispy chicken is toss in hot sauce the crust absorbs the hot suace and turns to mush.

Awesome recipe! I cheated a bit by buying a ready made crust but saved a lot of prep time. Also I put down a layer of sliced strawberries in the crust before pouring in the filling, turned out to be a great way to cram more strawberries in!
