Nobody in my family liked these at all! They were such a disapointment that I could not even think of what to do to salvage them. They had very little flavor and were very flat.

These were an instant hit with my family. They have moved to the list of favorite meals. I didn't measure out my chicken very well and I think I ended up with about 1 1/2 times the chicken I should have..but everything mixed together fine and they turned out WONDERFUL. I have to make a double batch next time. We fought over the last one.

This was really really good. Now I don't have to wait for my husband to take me out to get Patmesan Chicken. Getting the chicken really really thin is a MUST. I could not get mine thin enough, so I finished it by baking it covered so it would cook through faster. It turned out good, but the breading was not crispy enough anymore. Of coarse I served it with tomatoe sauce and cheese over pasta. YUMMY, and my family LOVED it..and it was very easy.
