Tomato-Cream Sauce for Pasta
I guess given the number of reviews, I expected a little better tasting sauce. I did add one more clove of garlic and more sugar, as I thought the sauce was too tart. Even after doing that, there was an unpleasant after-taste. I might try again with crushed tomatoes, but I'll see.

Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings
Restaurant quality...I don't think so. Not bad, but not the greatest. The sauce was way too intense for all of our tastes. We'll go back to TGI Friday's for our wings.

Antipasto Squares
I followed the directions to a tee, but added a few more Italian cold cuts. I guess I was expecting something amazing. Although the squares were tasty, I cannot give this recipe more than 3 stars. I'll look for another recipe.
