Penne Pasta with Spinach and Bacon
It lacked a little punch, and I even used diced tomatoes which were canned with balsamic vinegarette and olive oil. I did drain the bacon after cooking, so that may have been it. Next time I may try some fresh herbs. Otherwise, a very good quick meal! And a break from the old spaghetti and meatballs.
