Beef Stroganoff III
Excellent and so easy. It takes a bit longer to cook than the recipes that call for tenderloin but the chuck turns out so tender and flavorful. Personally, I sub shallots for the green onions and cognac for the wine. I also use fresh mushrooms instead of canned and cook them longer. This dish never fails to get raves.
