Pork Chops with Blue Cheese Gravy
I am not a big fan of Blue Cheese but loved this recipe. It added such a good flavor to the pork chops. I wish I had read Aunty M's review before making this recipe for I would have saved the left over gravy for other uses as she stated. It is definately a "make again" recipe for my family.
