English Butter Tarts

This was a fantastic recipe. My only complaint was they disappeared so quickly I have to make another double batch 2 days before Christmas! The only change I made to this recipe was I baked them at 325 for about 22-25 minutes. Delicious!

Spicy Chicken Curry

I really didn't like this dish at all. My husband didn't mind it, but he didn't rave like he usually does when I try something new. I won't be making it again.

Spicy Peach-Glazed Pork Chops

I thought this tasted good and had an interesting flavor. It was a fight to get my kids to eat it, why can't they expand their taste horizons? Overall, I thought the dish was worth making and it was easy to prepare.
