These were a hit at the function where I made them. I used 1/2 whole wheat flour to make it a bit healthier.

These are so easy to make and a great combination of sweet/salty, crunchy/chewy. On a whim I decided to try Reese's miniature Peanut Butter cups instead of Rolos and WOW, everything loved those! Just a hint, that if you make them with Reese's, they don't need as long in the oven to melt so watch them. Also the peanut butter never really melts, so they don't "squish" the same way as the ones with Rolos. As a result, they don't look quite as pretty but they're sooo good.

One of our favorite recipes. I have no idea how people eat it with all of the spices, I always half the Cajun and pepper. And I can never feed 6 people with it either, more like 2-4.
