I work as a customer service representative, and am lucky enough to get off work by 3pm, because cooking is a stress reliever for me! soups are a favorite, casseroles, particularly chicken and fish as one of my daughters doesn't eat red meat; I love enchiladas! My Mom grew up in Illinois on a farm with lots of chicken and dumplings, cornbread and gravy. These are a favorite for me. Oh, anything that I fix that tastes good and my family and friends like is a triumph for me. too many to mention. I get a little heavy handed with the salt from time to time!
