Best Ever Muffins

AMAZING!!!!!!!!!! These are the BEST muffins I have ever made! They are very moist, light, and fluffy. I used 1/3 cup oil instead of 1/4 cup and I also added vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon, and chocolate chips. And instead of making 12 I made 5 jumbo muffins. Perfect!

Eclairs I

These were great!!! I've never made eclairs before but they were delicious. They took about 2 hours to make but it was worth it! I made 11 big eclairs instead of 20 little ones. I would suggest making more chocolate topping though.

Banana Chip Muffins I

These muffins were o.k. They were best right out of the oven but after a day not that good. They were a little dry, maybe they need more oil. They had a nice banana flavor though.
