Sunflower Broccoli Salad

Great recipe, just made a few changes to suit our family's tastes. Left out the bacon and used dried cranberries instead of raisins.

Great base recipe. I just made a few changes after reading other reviews. I used 3 squares of chocolate, then instead of adding all 2 cups of sugar at once, I added one cup, then slowly added the water. Then I added more sugar until I got the taste I wanted, worked out to about 1 1/2 cups. The full 2 cups would have been way to sweet for my liking.

Stir Fried Asparagus

Great recipe. I realized after I had started cooking that I didn't have teriyaki sauce, so I did quick sauce of BBQ sauce, a splash of red wine vinegar, a squirt of sweet hot mustard and it turned out great. I can't wait to try it with teriyaki sauce!

Madras Tomato Chutney

Easy Vegetable Pot Pie

Great base recipe. I used phyllo pastry instead of the pie shells and made individual pies, and substituted vegetable stock for milk. I'll definitely keep using this one, and play with the spices and veggies.

Zesty Tomato Soup for One

Classic Spanish Sangria

Ultimate Twice Baked Potatoes

These were a huge hit! Two months after my party, people are still telling me these were the best twice baked potatoes ever! Being a vegetarian, I omitted the bacon and they were still awesome!
