Awesome Chicken Noodle Soup

Yummy recipe! I used my own veggie stock instead of using water and the first portion of the ingredients to boil the chicken. This is a great recipe and I'll definitely keep making it.

Tuscan Soup

I used basil chicken sausages and the recipe was just okay, I imagine if I used spicy sausages, it would've been better. Will definitely try recipe out with spicy sausages next time.

Had an overflow of bordeaux spinach in the garden and thought this recipe would be great to try. Very good & healthy. Only change made to recipe is chopping up potato & sautéing with onion before adding garlic.

Wild Rice with Cranberries and Caramelized Onions

Speedy Raspberry Dressing

I've been looking for a raspberry dressing/vinaigrette that used fresh raspberries for quite some time now. This one is a bit thick due to the ratio of olive oil to balsamic vinegar. I added a bit more balsamic (it's all up to your personal taste) and decided it needed a bit of sugar as it was pretty tart. I may look into adding some herbs but unsure what goes well with raspberries and balsamic vinegar at this point.

Butter Frosting

Very good recipe. I did melt the butter completely as opposed to having it at room temp. This helped to mix the sugar in completely. I wouldn't suggest this during the summer time. Since it's a bit chilly in the house these days the frosting did not stay in a liquid state.

Chocolate Cupcakes

Good recipe. Cupcakes were better the next day. I may use less milk next time as the cupcakes were falling apart as ppl were eating them.

Spicy Bok Choy in Garlic Sauce

Raspberry Cream Muffins

Oh dear, oh dear, oh dear. Absolutely yummy!!! No changes made, made recipe as is. As muffins they are so moist, I'm thinking I may use this recipe as a cupcake base.

Royal Icing III

I'll use this recipe again and again! Used it to make pacifiers out of lifesavers & dots. A little candy for a baby shower. I did use a tad of pure lemon extract to add a bit of a different taste to the assembled candy. Also when using the egg whites, I made sure to use them at room temp.

So yummy! I expected to find this recipe using parm' instead of cotija(would've used cotija either way). Cotija's definitely better if you can find it in your local market.

Banana Banana Bread

I didn't have a loaf pan, so I used a regular round cake pan..this called for less time in the oven. I'd also add walnuts or pecans next time I make it.

Vietnamese Salad Rolls

Nom nom nom nom! Yummy rolls I've been wanting to make for years. My basil plant's a tad bare so I wasn't able to include any in the recipe. I wanted to use avocados but found mangoes on sale instead. I'll definitely be making these again and again! Although I would recommend having all ingredients set up to go(and chilled) as well as making sure to really wrap these babies up tight.

Broiled Lobster Tails

The lobster tails I used definitely needed double the time the recipe called for. It depends on the size of the lobster tails. When melting the butter I threw in minced garlic to add flavor to the butter. I made sure to check the temperature until it hit 175°F. Everything else was followed as the recipe asked.

Radish Top Soup

I've been growing radishes and thought it rather sad that I couldn't use the tops(well, there's always compost) in dishes. Decided to see if I could find something here and boy am I glad I did! If you don't have heavy cream on hand, you can always used sour cream. I can't wait to try this during winter, so yummy!
