Microwave Bread and Butter Pickles
Wow, I never thought that I'll ever use my microwave for cooking such delicious dish! It was easy, fast and most important - tasty! My in-laws, my children and husband absolutely loved it.
I made some changes, such as: reduced the quantity of sugar to 1/3 cup and in my microwave (whirlpool) it took 6 1/2 minutes to be done.
I'll stick to this as a basic recipe for B&B pickles.
