Microwave Bread and Butter Pickles
Wow, I never thought that I'll ever use my microwave for cooking such delicious dish! It was easy, fast and most important - tasty! My in-laws, my children and husband absolutely loved it. I made some changes, such as: reduced the quantity of sugar to 1/3 cup and in my microwave (whirlpool) it took 6 1/2 minutes to be done. I'll stick to this as a basic recipe for B&B pickles.

Vietnamese Style Vegetarian Curry Soup
It was just great! Flowerful, tasty , reach, good looking soup - everything you need for a winternight dinner. I excluded potatoes (that reduced the duration of the cook time) and added a thin sliced chicken breast, one handful of cooked shrimps and one handful of snow peas - all that in the last 3-5 minutes of the cooking ( I'm not vegeterian so I can allow to myself a little bit of meat). It became my favorite.

Baby Back Ribs
It was good taste but the ribs by themselves were a little bit dry - I think the ribs must be cooked in the water (least 15 min.) before you put them into the marinade.
