I had really high hopes for these, but I was not really pleased with the outcome. My son seemed to like them enough, but I will not be making them again. They are VERY light and fluffy which I was surprised by.

Asparagus and Goat Cheese Quesadillas

Blueberry Turnovers

What a PIA and a giant mess! I worked so hard to make each one just right and seal up all the edges well. It looked like I had poured blueberry syrup all over it when it was done. The flavor was lacking too. I'm glad so many people have had a better experience than I did! I won't make it again though.

Mango Blueberry Muffins With Coconut Streusel

I was expecting much more flavor from these. The texture was smooth and heavy. I would make them again, but I would increase the fruit a bit in hopes that the flavors would be stronger.

Glazed Chicken Wings

Too much! The flavor was so overwhelming. I hate to say that because I love food with LOTS of flavor. I would use more chicken or chicken breasts if I made this again to even out the ratio of chicken to sauce.

Rhubarb Dumplings

I am all about sweet, but there was way too much sugar, butter and water in the mixture. The dumplings were floating in it! They taste great though!

Coffee Shake

I made a few small changes. 3/4 cup fat free milk, 1 tbsp coffee granules, a tiny bit of sugar and some caramel syrup. This really is very close to the way a frappuccino from Starbucks tastes and I am saving a ton of money!!!!

Grilled Camembert Sandwich

I had never tried Camembert cheese before, but I liked the sound of the recipe. I did not like the actual sandwich though. I had a few bites and tossed it. Now I have $6 worth of cheese. Wonder what I will do with it!

Grilled Leftover Ham and Pineapple Sandwiches

I don't know how you came up with this combo, but I am so glad you did! I used sourdough bread, but did everything else the same. This was melt in my mouth delicious! I will be eating A LOT of these!

Apple Crisp II

I have made this 2 times on 1 week! I LOVE it! The only change I made was not using any water. The juices from the apples were enough to keep it moist. I think the water would have made it too runny.
