Apple Crisp II

I have made this 2 times on 1 week! I LOVE it! The only change I made was not using any water. The juices from the apples were enough to keep it moist. I think the water would have made it too runny.

I made mine with mango, vanilla yogurt, and doubled the recipe. I did not use double the sugar though. Only 4 tablespoons. It is yummy! I want to try it with blueberries.

I am wondering why I didn't know about this sooner! Why buy applesauce? This stuff is amazing! I did not use the cinnamon, but did make it the same way the recipe stated. I did double it though!

Addictive Pumpkin Muffins

Addictive is right! My son and I ate 6 between us. He kept stealing them of the cooling rack when I wasn't looking. He's a picky eater so this was not necessarily a bad thing! I made the recipe EXACTLY the way it was posted minus the nuts.

Pesto Cheesy Chicken Rolls

This was so easy and delicious! I made just one the first time. I pounded a chicken breast flat, smothered it with pesto and topped it with a string cheese divided into 4 pieces (lengthwise). I then used toothpicks to hold it together and popped it in the oven for the directed amount of time. I will make this again and again!

Blackberry Cobbler

I love sweet and buttery more than most people, but this was way too much for me! The melted sugar just formed a thick layer in the bottom of the pan so I could remove a lot of it, but I really thought I would be a much bigger fan.

Yummy Yummy! This is so awesome, I am getting ready to make it for the 3rd time in less than 2 months! I used blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, apples and mango for the topping and the combination was perfect!
