Lower Fat Banana Bread II

I made this today and it came out pretty good. I didn't have enough flour so I used 3/4 cup of wheat flour. I felt it was a tad dry because of this.

Ultimate Corn Bread

I loved this but it tastes like dessert. I think for a more savory cornbread I will put less sugar.
