Simple Chicken and Noodles
This is NOT a simple recipe. It messed up the whole kitchen, took most of the afternoon, the noodles were like long, thick dumplings, the soup was fatty, and frankly, I prefer Campbell's. Skip this one.

Apricot Chicken with Balsamic Vinegar
The chicken came out nice and tender but the dish itself was very watery -- to much juice. Too many apricots, too. The dried apricots and the preserves makes this dish VERY sweet. Would not make again.

Honey Of An Oatmeal Bread
Great recipe! Makes great sandwiches and my family loves it. I need to try and make a bigger loaf so any suggestions would be welcome. I'm not much of an experimenter.
