Mini Pumpkin Butterscotch Muffins
These are delicious. My 9 yo pronounced them "irresistible". I baked 2 pans of mini muffins and 1 small pan of regular sized.(It made 6- baked for 18 min.)The combination does sound odd, but it is really good.

Cream of Asparagus Soup II
So simple to make... but so delicious. I pureed it and the texture was velvety smooth. Even my children (7 and 9 yrs old) liked it. Thanks!

Sour Cream Blueberry Muffins
Really simple to make and they have a nice texture. I topped with turbinado sugar. I think I will add a dash of vanilla or almond exract next time for a bit more flavor. Thanks!
