Chicken Crumb Coating
I mixed McCormick's Old Bay Seasoning in, instead of the sesame seeds and paprika. It was GREAT! A Spicy kick and crunchy! We use this seasoning alot in Maryland for our crabs and seafood as well.

Shrimp Artichoke Dip
Great dip but I added Old Bay seasoning to the top of this recipe considering it's a seafood dip and I'm from Maryland. It gives the dip a true seafood flavor. Thank you for the recipe!

Creamy Vidalia Onion Soup
I have a recipe very similar to this. I don't add egg yolks or hot sauce to mine though. Another nice trick is to let it cool a bit and put it in a blender so that it truelly is a creamy soup then reheat. The look is more pleasing as well as the texture. When making for guests I make thin fried onion rings as a garnish for the center.
