My husband bought some flounder and I had no idea what I wanted to do with it. I fell upon this recipe and "tada", he loved it. The only difference was I substituted the crab for minced clams and he absolutely loved! It was a big hit and he wants me to make it again!

Goat Cheese Salmon

Anything made with goat cheese is fabulous! My mother raised me on fresh goat's milk every morning! I love this recipe! I didn't realize that you could use goat cheese with salmon but now I know. Awesome recipe and great suggestion!

Fast and Easy Hamburger Casserole

Easy Tomato Chicken Marsala

This was a wonderful new recipe I had never tried using chicken. I was tired of the same chicken every week and I was looking for something new! My fiance loved it and I'll be sure to cook it again!
