I've been married 1 year now and I've thoroughly enjoyed cooking for my husband. He loves many dishes and never complains once. I love to make dips, steak dishes or anything portuguese. I also enjoy experimenting with other people's recipes on this web site. Love to make portuguese dishes using many different spices handed down form my mother who has cooked for her children for 50 years. I made a great bean recipe using a crock pot and it's a hit at every party. Trying to make a perfect omelette is not possible and I'm still trying!
