Dinah's Baked Scallops
I actually made quite a few changes to this very easy recipe, but followed the concept and thought the outcome was delicious! Instead of crackers, I used panko bread crumbs seasoned with old bay and garlic powder. I also omitted the white wine and used only 3/4 of a stick of butter. I also sprinkled the remaining bread crumbs over the scallops after I poured the butter and lemon juice over them, which left some extra yummy crumbs to put on the rice!

Jezebel Sauce
I've been making this for years. I actually put a whole bar of cream cheese on a plate and pour the sauce over it. People typically respond cautiously at first (It doesn't look as yummy as it tastes), but then once tried, it's the first thing gone and everyone wants the recipe. A perfect blend of sweet and spicy!

Easy Quiche
This was my first time making quiche and it turned out delicious! I made a few small changes because I wanted use ingredients I had handy...I omitted the meat, and used fresh broccoli, mushrooms, and green onion for the veggies (I steamed the broccoli and then sauteed all three in a very lightly oiled pan). Also used mozzarella cheese instead of cheddar. I will absolutely make this again!! Yum!
