Peppermint Patties

thought these turned out great used chocolate almond bark. had no problems dipping the in the chocolate and I didnt freeze it before I dipped them. Used tongs instead of a fork thought it was easier.

Baked Chicken Nuggets

these were really good. Made them for my 4 and 2 year old. I used promise light instead of the butter and used shake n bake mix instead of the bread crumbs only because thats what I had on hand.

Sweet Potato Pie II

Me and my 4 year old made this because he always says he wants potato pie. I wasn't sure he would like it hes picky but he loved I thought it was great too. It tastes a lot like pumpkin pie.

Classic Bran Muffins

great muffin. I did as many others and made it healthier by using applesauce for the oil and egg beaters for the egg I also used skim milk instead of buttermilk. makes a good breakfast and it is very filling.

Whole Wheat Pancakes

these were great. I did make some changes though. I used skim milk instead of buttermilk and oil instead of butter. when using skim milk I think you might only need 2 cups the batter was pretty thin. But they tasted great. mmmm. added bananas to it also. so good

Best Ever Muffins

this makes the prettiest muffins. and they taste great. I used strawberries and bananas. 10/24/08 I made these and used the pulp left over after juicing some apple and carrots and added some cinnamon. Me and the kids enjoyed them and it was a good way to use the pulp left from juicing.

taste great really moist. they don't spread out any while baking so how you drop them on the pan is how they come out. I used cream cheese frosting for the middle.

good pumpkin bread. I think next time I wouldn't put the egg in the cream cheese mix.I'll try adding more spices in it for a little more flavor. overall really good.

Strawberry Cake and Frosting II

I only used the frosting recipe on this so my rating is on it not the cake. I used the frosting on a strawberry box cake mix and it was delicious. I left out the coconut just for my own preference and added more strawberry and it was sooo good!

Grandmother's Buttermilk Cornbread

this was amazing. I am usually not impressed by cornbread but this is sooo good. I made it last night and had some left over and have been snacking on it all day. It is so moist. the only change I made was using 1/2 cup of sugar and I baked it in a cast iron skillet. just great!
